Surrey Place Care Center, one of 72 skilled nursing communities operated by Louisville, Ky.-based Signature HealthCARE, celebrated the era of the 1960s recently. The administrative and clinical staff dressed up in 60s attire. A 60s party was held for the residents to reminisce about flower power, hippies, and bell bottom pants. At the end of the day, all managerial staff danced to the Beatles in the hallways.
